ABOUT THE team

how it all began

What started as a simple idea in Jason Miller’s basement has grown into one of the DMV’s newest radio voices.

Friendship & Flow was built on a vision: real friends, real conversations, real energy. Jason originally set out to create a space where authentic dialogue could live where topics about relationships, money, culture, growth, and everyday life could be discussed openly without filters. What began as microphones, ambition, and late-night brainstorming sessions slowly evolved into something bigger than one person.

Friends stepped in. Not because they were asked to “join a show,” but because they believed in the vision. Each person found their lane. Each personality added depth. Each talent filled a gap.

Piece by piece, the right team came together.

Today, Friendship & Flow is live on WLIT 106 bringing that same basement energy to radio waves across the DMV. The chemistry hasn’t changed. The platform just got bigger. This isn’t just a cast. It’s a family.

In the studio, in the streets, and everywhere in between

Friendship & Flow isn’t just a radio show.
It’s the group chat brought to life.

What started as friends sitting in a basement with an idea has evolved into a full-blown radio experience on Lit 106 — but the mission hasn’t changed: real conversations, real laughter, real growth.

In the studio, you can expect bold topics, honest opinions, and the kind of dialogue that feels like you’re sitting at the table with us. We talk relationships, friendships, culture, money, faith, personal growth, and everything in between — the stuff people debate in the group chat but don’t always say out loud.

Each voice brings something different:

Bestie Breakdown with Brittany & "Come Get your Friend"– where the tea gets stirred and the red flags get called out.

What’s the Tea with E & Flag It – sharp perspective, real talk, and the questions everybody’s thinking and the red flags get called out.

The Mahd-Set Moment & Adulting Aint Easy– Rahmad stepping in with perspective and inspiration you can actually leave with.

Money Moves – practical gems on financial literacy, real estate, and leveling up.

Come Get Your Friend – because we all know somebody who needs to be collected.

And of course, Jason keeps the energy flowing — blending humor, storytelling, and leadership to keep the room balanced and the conversation moving.

But it doesn’t stop in the studio.

We’re in the streets too.

From street interviews to community events, comedy shows, live recordings, and curated experiences like The Hunt for Love, Friendship & Flow shows up in real life. Partnering with Lit 106 has expanded the platform, but the mission stays grounded in the DMV community that built it.

We believe in:

Friendship as foundation

Empowerment through conversation

Laughing while we learn

Building while we vibe

This isn’t just content.

It’s connection.

Whether we’re behind the mic, at a live event, in your car during your commute, or popping up at a local function — Friendship & Flow is about bringing people together and leaving them better than we found them.

So when you tune in, don’t just listen.

Join the conversation.
